PLANNED PARENTHOOD V. CASEY, 505 U.S. 833 (1992)

Stepanovich, when with the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court in support of the constitutionality of the Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act. The Court held that the Act’s requirements for parental consent, informed consent, and 24-hour waiting period were constitutionally valid regulations.
